Is your item Faulty?
Return to The iLab within 30 days of receipt including all cable, power adapters and docking connectors for a replacement or full refund.
If your item is over 30 days old please refer to the manufacturer (we can help you do this if required - Please contact us if you need assistance).
Is your item unwanted?
Return your item, unmarked and in saleable condition (full original packaging - including all cable, power adapters and docking connectors) to the iLab within 7 days for full refund.
Over 7 days we reserve the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee of £5 if the item is unopened.
Unwanted earphones cannot be returned once opened.
Who pays P&P for returned items?
If the item is Faulty - The iLab will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
If the item is unwanted - The cost of returning items is your responsibility.
We are not responsible for un-received goods that have been returned.
Where should you send a return?
Please remember to contact us prior to returning an item to receive a reference number. You can call us on 01422 884585 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or send us an email to email@example.com.
Post your return in its original packaging to the following address with a covering letter including your name, address, return reference number, order ID number, explanation for the return (with reference to a refund or replacement) and if possible the original invoice that was included with the product.
At the iLab we deliver a fast, 5 star service, while shipping our products worldwide to our customers.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Paid orders received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will normally be dispatched the same day.
