The Store

This is where we take technology and fashion, put it under general-anaesthetic and perform a mind-blowing surgery, resulting in the creation of one of the most unique and enticing shopping experiences the High Street has to offer!

So get yourself (and your device) down for your routine check-up and let the iLab technicians look after you.

The Repair Centre

Our on-site Repair Centre is situated on the first floor of the iLab.  It is a walk-in service, although appointments can be made over the phone.

All of our repairs are carried out here for smartphone and tablets, and they're usually done within an hour.

The team are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Monday-Saturday: 9.00am to 5.30pm

Sunday: 10.30am to 4.00pm

The Team:

Our team is special, they are individuals who love fashion, technology and music and don’t mind sharing all they know.  Introducing (drum roll)

 

Chris // Store Manager

The most senior member of our team, he runs the show.  He’s been with the iLab from the very beginning, there isn’t anything this man doesn’t know when it comes to the store, staff and our customers.

Arlo // Repair Supervisor

Our Repair Centre Chief, he oversees all of the repairs that take place in the iLab’s Repair Centre, giving expert diagnostics. Highly trained in iPhone, iPad, iPod and general computer services.  

Dale // Repair Technician 

With a broad knowledge of all things computer and android, our go-to guy. Dale is too trained is all areas of Apple's technology, iPhone, iPad, iPod and general computer services.

Jane // the iLab Assistant

The only ladies on the team, offering great product knowledge, advice and first-class customer service, they’ll not only tell you what sounds good but what looks good too!

Ross // the iLab Apprentice 

Our newest member training with the ilab team, retail and e-commerce knowledge to the business and excellent customer service.
